Help Me - How to start in safe mofe - Lost Admin. login password

To Anyone who can help !!! Operating system Win XP 200
I have used F8 to go in safe mode but it goes into a option saying " Select First Boot device ", Floppy, Idle, CDRom etc. et
I have lost my Administrators's password on my home pc and logged on as a guest user with no rights or access to my files and written documents
Please advice me, my email address is (e-mail address removed)

Never post your e-mail address in public newsgroups.

Boot the system, on the first screen or an early screen during the process,
you should see a message telling you to hit a specific key if you wish to
enter setup. When you see that message, hit the specified key. This will
get you into the System BIOS. Then, navigate through the screens until you
find the boot sequence, set the hard drive first in line, save and exit.

When you exit, the system will reboot, start tapping F8 as you did before,
this time a menu should appear with the Safe Mode option, select it and
press enter. When you get to Safe Mode, use the administrator account named
"Administrator," leave the password blank and press enter. This is a hidden
account and most user don't make a password for it so this should get you in
unless you were using the account named "Administrator" in which case you'll
have to wipe the system and start over. But if your user account was named
anything else, you should be fine and this should get you into Safe Mode.
