Help Me - How to start in safe mode - Lost Admin. Login password

To anyone who can help!!! Operating system Win XP 200
I have used F8 to go in safe mode but it goes into an option saying " Select First Boot device ", Floppy, Idle, and CDRom etc. et
I have lost my Administrator’s password on my home pc and logged on as a guest user with no rights or access to my files and written documents
Please advice me, my email address is (e-mail address removed)

I had the same problem. Every selection grouped
everything , such as control panel everything was
selected. I restarted in with f8 and used Norton disk
doctor and fixed ntsf file structer errors. I only was
able to run disk doctor from the norton cd.
