To Anyone outthere who can help me

I have forgotten my password to my administrator's login password using windows XP 2002 operating system on my home pc. Please tell me how I can get my access back to my PC. The guest user access I am using now is limited access and cannot overide anything

So please help me and post your advice here. You can also simultaneously write to me on my email address (e-mail address removed)
