"help and support" unavailable

I am unable to use "help and support" from the start
menu. Just bought the system-a Dell with windows xp home
edition. Went to Microsoft Updates area and updated as
recommended...still have the problem.
 
Since you just bought this system, you should contact Dell as everything
should be working properly on a new system.
 
If you haven't already, I agree with Michael S. The system procedure is not
as easy as coming on to "microsoft public," nonetheless, be determined and
you will get an answer. If that doesn't happen, ask for Michael. He'll
eventually answer.
