how do we change the publish from file when we want to
publish our web site? It is not specific enough and wants
to loan too many files onto the site.
 
Make sure you local web is open in FrontPage by starting FrontPage and then
select File > Publish Web... ( Publish Site... in 2003 )

Correction.
Start FrontPage, then select File > Open Web... ( Open site... in FP2003 )
Then select File Publish Web... ( Publish Site... in FP2003 )
