User Name & Password Not Retained FrontPage 2002

Hi,

One of our customers uses FrontPage 2002 to publish their web site and we
recently changed hosting for the web site.
We set up the FrontPage extensions for the web site and was able to publish
the site without any difficulty using FrontPage 2002 on our PC.
On her machine, the User Name & Password are not retained after they are
input. We have double checked the User Name and Password plus repaired the
software twice to no avail.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Passwords used by FP are "stored" using IE
In IE use Tools > Internet Options > Security
Click on 'Trusted' and on 'Custom Level'
Make sure the selection at the bottom is set to:
'Automatic logon with current username and password' and click OK
Click on 'Sites' and add your site URL in the 'Add this Web Site to the Zone', and OK, OK
- note: you may have to unselect the option: Require server verification (https)... to add your site

Hi, I sent the information on to our customer and they stated that these
steps didn't work I'm afraid...

Do you have any other suggestions?
