freezing

just yesterday my computer started freezing, and nothing will work i had to
push the reset button, it freezes on installing programs, uninstalling,heavy
loads, it even freeze on the monthly microsoft updates, it works perfectly
about a week ago, no new installs?

I am no expert, but if that happened to me, the first thing I would do is
shut down the computer. I would then start it again in safe mode. That means
pressing key F8 continuously as everything starts up. I would then press
Start/Help & Support/Undo changes with System Restore: and then select a day
in System Restore prior to the fault appearing. Obviously at least the day
before yesterday in your case. Then apply System Restore. If that works for
you please let me know.

since this morning i have the same symptoms..i was able to boot..then after
30 second my pc freez...i try system restor...change the mouse...change the
usb ports use safe mode...nothing help...now i cant get enything on my
screen...there is still power supply...
