My wife has made the fonts on her nw computer so large that they are a
problem. When she went to the screen that lets you change the font size, she
cannot see the entire screen. Is there some way she cam move a screen that is
out of sight, back to where she can see what she is doing? What she wants to
do is tio reduce the font sizes.

Thanks

Howdy--this question has nothing to do with setup or install. I have no
idea how you perceived this as a setup install Vista problem instead of a
font problem. Please post it on the general group or search the general
group for fonts.

Also state which fonts you mean--browser window, address bar, icons because
the approach to sizing the fonts depends on where the fonts are. Post this
with specificity on the general group and I'll be glad to help.

Hi, Chad

Thanks for the note; I just placed the question in the wrong place. I find
this Widows forum setup rather confusing.

Sounds like she needs to reduce the DPI in personalization. If you can't see
everything, you can problably get by with this keyboard method:

Click the Start button, type PERS press ENTER.
Click Adjust Font Size (DPI).
EscaPress ENTER to escalate privileges.
Press Up arrow to go to default scale.
Press ENTER.
Click Start, click the arrow next to the lock and choose Restart.

When it starts back up it should be at 96 DPI.
