folder pop up at logon, need help

My My Documents folder pops open every time I logon these days I can't
figure out how to get it to stop any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the "Startup" folder on the programs menu...?

If it isn't there and no third party application is calling it locally you
may need to sift through the registry but don't do this unless you are
confident you won't screw the system. Please.
