Unwanted Folder Pops up on Logon

When I logon the C:/ Program/Dell folder pops up, I can't figure out how to
stop this. Any suggestions?

have you checked the All Users startup folder? Try MSConfig
(Start>Run>MsConfig?Startup TAB) ??
