File Send Page by E-Mail

I am using IE 6.0, Windows XP, and Outlook 2000. When I first boot up in the
morning and start browsing and want to send a page by email, everything works
fine. Later in the day, when do the same procedure, it brings up Outlook OK,
I enter the "To" address OK, but when I click on Send, nothing happens. The
mail screen just stays there. If i close out of everything, and re-boot,
then it works again. Since I have been working with other programs in the
meantime, I don't know when it happens, or if one the other programs is
causing the malfunction. Any suggesstions?

look in your event viewer in the administer tools.for
errors that may be causing a soft crash in your outlook.
