Unable to send web pages by e-mail

Until recently, I had not trouble sending web pages by e-
mail. My e-mail is through Outlook Express. Now when I
try, a message pops up saying I'm using Microsoft Outlook.
When I go to "properties" in Internet Explorer, it only
lists Microsoft Outlook in the E-mail drop-down box
under "programs". Before it also listed Outlook Express,
and Juno. Did I download an update that has changed
something and how do I fix it? I need to be able to send
web pages.
