"Send Page By E-mail" question

With WinXP Home, IE6, and Outlook Express 6 (Service Pack 2 installed) when
I select Send and "Page by E-mail", I would like to have the page title
appear in the email's subject line. This is the way things used to work and
I'm struggling to figure out if it changed when I moved to XP or installed
SP2.

How do I get the page title to appear in the subject line?

What you're seeing is default behavior.
