File add-in MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF

While upgrading from Office 2000 to office 2007, while opening Outlook 2007,
I have the foillowing message: "The file add-in "MSFSMENU.ECF or
MSFSPROP.ECF" is missing or is not valid. To help resolve this problem, on
the file menu, click office diagnostics". I ran the office diagnostics that
did not find any problem. What can I do ? Thank you

Those are for MSMail post office support, which outlook 2007 doesn't
support. Find and delete them.
