While opening outlook one error message poping up .Message is "The file ad in
MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is missing".

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Exchange Extensions, but only if connected to an Exchange server. If you are not using one, then uncheck the options in Add-in Manager.
