error: "File add-in MSFSMENU.ECF MSFSPROP.ECF miss...

After upgrading from outlook 2002, I get this error when I open Outlook:

"File add-in MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF missing or not valid

I disable all add-ins but that doesn't get rid of the error. Has anyone
seen this and fixed it ?
