Outlook 2003

I get this error after installing 2003 Office over Office
Pro 2000.

The file add-in "MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF" is missing
or is not valid. This problem may be resolved by using
Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

However, this does not fix the problem when you run the
repair. It does not seem to have any ill effects that I
have noticed yet, but it is a pain to see a pop up every
time you start the program.

Those addins are related to Microsoft Mail, which is not supported in Outlook 2003. (Diane is working on it.) Try removing or disabling them in Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Addin Manager.
