Error Message

Recently upgraded from officexp to office 2003. When opening outlook I
receive this error message. The file add-in "MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is
missing or is not. valid. This problem maybe resolved by using Detect and
Repair on the help. I used the Dectect and Repair and still did not resolve
this problem.
