Error - File missing on start-up

I get this error message when starting Outlook 2003. Detect and repair didn't help. Does anyone have any info about this.

The file add-in "MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF" is missing or is not valid. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.

With Outlook closed search for a file extend.dat and delete it (or rename
it), extend.dat holds references to add-ins (*.ecf) and will get rebuilt on
starting Outlook, if this doesn't work post back.

If you need to get rid of these add-ins but not listed for some reason you
will need to go into the registry editor (WARNING: changing or adding keys
and values in the registry and can make your system inoperable, do so at
your own risk).
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/microsoft/exchange/client/extension
Export this key, and delete the key corresponding to MS Mail.

I was able to find them on another computer and copied into my add-in folder. All is now well.

Thanks

I've done all those things (modified the files, copied the ecf and dll
files), yet it still gives me the same error (although it seems to
work). Any ideas how to get rid of the error?
