help with missing MSFSMENU.ECF & MSFSPROP.ECF

I just installed MS Office Small Office 2003 & am running into a problem when
I open Outlook. Outlook shows a error message that reads " The file ad in
MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is missing or not valid his problem may be
resolved by using Detect & Repair on the Help Menu" I hit OK & the program
seems to run correctly. I have used the Detect & Repair...with no results.
The message pops up every time I start Outlook. If this can not be fixed I
woul be happy with just getting rid of the message. Thanks in advance for
the help.

Wiht Outlook closed, find and rename extend.dat to .old (enable searching
hidden files). It should solve the problem. If it does not, then in
Outlook use Tools->Options->Other->Advanced. Check under the Add-in Manager
to see if those are installed.

Hi Milly, Thanks for the fast response. I tried your suggestion on changing
the extention to .old with no results. Then I looked for the files & they are
not listed at all under add-ins. The only thing that came up was the
threadnotify.asp about the missing files. Any other ideas ? -Or- info on
where the files can be found or downloaded from would be great. Thanks again,
Wayne228
