fatal error

When i turn on my computer after it's been of for a while
(at least 7 hrs) it restarts then gives me the following
blue screen error code.

when i restart it right after it seems to work fine.. Till
i turn it off over night again.

I had just installed Norton 2004 so I uninstalled and that
didn't make a difference.

I've also read that Disabling memory caching of the BIOS
might also resolve it. How do you do that?

Given the symptoms you describe, I would open the case and reseat most
of the things that plug in. Memory, CPU, adapter cards, you get the idea.
