error message received at startup

When windows is starting up, it goes to a blue screen with
white text. The error message is:

"***STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x8041C754, 0x00000000,
0x00000030) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

***Address 8041C754 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3ad77891 -
ntoskrnl.exe"

I received this message after I tried to install a windows
98 cd burning program onto my computer. So I'm guessing
this windows 98 program messed up my computer because I
have windows 2000. Please help me. Thanks.
