While the server is in restart or shutdown process display the blue screen with the message

kmode_exception_not_handle
errore in 0x0000001e (0xc000000
file: ntoskrnl.ex

The event viewer show the message

Error: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x804dd3e0,
0x00000000, 0x00000004). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195].
