PHYSICAL DUMP ERROR CODE MESSAGE

Help.....

I keep on getting PHYSICAL DUMP ERROR CODE MESSAGE some
times 2 or more times per day. And after this message the
system will reboot on is own creating a mini *.dmp file
under C:\\winnt\ninitem folder. Below is the actual error
I keep getting.

STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x80401A42, 0x000000,

Beginning dump of physical memory.
Physical memory dump complete.
Contact your system administrator or Technical support
group.

I have a Dell Workstation 650
2.3 MHz processor
2GB Ram
180 GB HDD
Win2K SP4
10 GB page file

This type of bugcheck is most likely caused by a kernel mode driver.
I would recommend checking for updated drivers on the Dell website.
If you have replaced the video card, check the website for that
manufacturer.
