problem after installing Win2k SP4

Hello:

Kept getting an error message whenever I tried to launch various
programs. Read on here and MS's support site the error was a known
problem with W2k SP3. So, I installed W2k SP4; however, now I can't
even boot up!

When the Window's screen comes up it freezes then turns blue and says:

***STOP: 0x0000000A (0xBAD0B0BC, 0x000000FF, 0x00000000, 0x80416B67)
***ADDRESS: 80416B67 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3ee6c002 -
ntoskrnl.exe

What does this mean?

Thanks!

Can you boot at all? (i.e: into safe mode?)

Yes. I can boot into safe mode and safe mode w/ networking.

Since I can boot into safe mode, does the above mean there is a IRQ
conflict? How do I tell what it is and fix it?

Thanks!
