There are a few broken panels in the yard among the other's. It's at Helios One...

Something to do with getting power to them via a generator, but I can't because on of the computers that is locked up needs 75 points or something to be able to get access

not played it much this week been too busy

ive just carried on tbh went on to 'The Strip' and did some stuff there concerning the chip and what not
gotta meet and talk to a load of factionsnow to decide what sides i wanna take too
