F11 full screen

IE 6 under Win XP, Pentium 4

Untill recently, I always pressed "F11" to "VIEW" "FULL
SCREEN" (it is a "shortcut" under the "VIEW" menu.

But a few days ago the "F11" stopped working! I can still go to "FULL
SCREEN" under the "VIEW" on the menu bar, but the "F11" will not
work....

Also, if I click in the "scroll" bar, to move up or down the page, the
page moves up or down a couple of pages instead of just one at a time.
It used to work fine.

could these two changes be related? I haven't downloaded any changes
or fixes to IE.

Does anyone have any fixes?
