Lock IE in Full screen

How can I lock the browser in Full Screen mode? I am trying to hide most of
IE's functionality and the users are hittting F11 to toggle back and forth.
I want to be able to not allow them to change out of full screen.

Try using the -k switch so that IE opens in kiosk mode, instead of full
screen.

F11 does not work in kiosk mode, although it is still possible to access the
start key, and Alt F4 still works to shut down the browser.

I have figured out how to lock myself in Full Screen but I ran into other
annoyances. When in I run Full screen and I rt. click the toolbar it gives
me several options. For example, Menu Bar,address bar, link,Radio, auto hide,
and customize.

Is there anyway to disable?
