Express Upgrade Incompetency?

What do you do when they erase your intial validated request for Vista, have
you re-email the receipts in .pdf formate (they don't accept MDI), wait weeks
upon weeks and they finally send you a brand new copy of OUTLOOK 2007
instead?!!
Now, Microsoft support tells me to check on the status of my order at the
website, which...notes that the product has been shipped. Modus is then
contacted and they respond after almost a week and tell me that they are
unable to check on the status of the product without the receipts. They
finally let me know that they already shipped the product and I have to
contact Fedex!
I DON'T WANT outlook 2007, I want my promised copy of Windows Vista! Not
one of the many reps listened to me or read my emails so I am looking for
some way to get my Vista Upgrade (Express...sigh) and GIVE THEM BACK their
Outlook 2007!

Is there anyone in this universe that can help me? I could just work a few
more hours to pay for the a new program, but I bought a computer earlier than
usual because I thought that I would get a copy of Windows Vista.

Since this is strictly a peer-to-peer newsgroup, the only suggestion
is to contact Microsoft support and sort out the problem.
