It says:
Order Status : Order awaiting shipment
Shipping Date : TBD. Check back in 2-3 weeks for more information
Carrier : Standard

It's hard to know for sure exactly what the information above is meant to
say, or whether it's intentionally vague, or poorly worded like the rest of
their web site, or just not updated since they sent me the e-mail. But I
trust that Moduslink will eventually get things right. From my first
exposure to Moduslink's very poorly designed web site long ago, I had
anticipated troubles, as has been confirmed by a lot of posters to this
newsgroup and even some Microsoft staff. But I would not be surprised if
some people receivie their upgrades starting next week, and I'm sure we'll
hear from somebody who has.

In the meantime, my RC2 has been running flawlessly on the entry-level HP
notebook that qualified me for the Express Ugrade. Flawlessly? Yes, even
before HP released their BIOS update (Which I did indeed flash, but which
didn't seem to make any difference.) Vista ran great even before the BIOS
update and the drivers that HP released in late January. I guess I'm one of
the silent majority who have nothing to say because everything is working
well.

Mine says the same thing, and has for the last 10 days. (For one PC, an HP;
another is in COA validation hell.)

I got the exact same email too. Hopefully this means things are moving
along.

The "Check back in 2-3 weeks" thing though, especially with no date stated
as to *when* that begins is kinda absurd (is it a new 2-3 week period every
day? LOL).

Well, 6-8 weeks after Vista goes on Retail sale...

8 Weeks would be the 28th of March.

The whole ModusLink deal was badly handled.
They tried to charge me $17 for my upgrade. It took me six weeks of
arguing with them, and escalating it to corporate management at HP
before the charge was rescinded.

My experience with Moduslink has been terrible. Microsoft should give us
all free copies of Vista Premium just for the frustration of dealing
with moduslink.

Besides problems with a website that did not work for many weeks.

I had to send my proofs in twice I have receipts they received both of them.

I had to fax them twice I have receipts that the received both faxes,
yet when I talk to them they say they have not received my proof yet.

I have spent $10.00 in postage an fee's alone plus I can't even count
how many hours of my time.

This was truly bungled by moduslink and microsoft. I just hope this
Vista is worth all this trouble.

I'm sure that the "Vista Moduslink Affair" will be remembered as a fumble. I
understand that Moduslink has done better in previous ventures, though.
Let's just hope that Moduslink will now pick up the ball and run to
completion.
