Info Needed on Moduslink HP Vista Upgrade

I am waiting for a Vista Home Premium upgrade to arrive on a recently
purchased HP PC. Can anyone tell me if the Vista version they ship is
an OEM version or an Upgrade version?

I have access to an OEM version from another machine I upgraded and was
wondering if I can get away with installing OEM Vista Home Premium on
the HP and then hold off activating until the upgrade from Moduslink
arrives with a license key or whether to hold off as I will end up
having to reinstall everything again anyway.

IF the disks are ever shipped you'll get an OEM version and no you can't use
OEM from another machine.
