I am having a problem with explorer at startup here is what happens,
I start the computer and all i see is my backgroudn picture no taskbar
and nothing else.
I click ctrl + alt + del and i kill explorer, i start it again and
sometimes it loads half way or i kill it a second time then it loads
but i cant click in the start menu for almost 5 minutes.
Also everything that starts at startup is running twice for some
reason...
The internet will not work no matter what i try to do with it its just
dead completly.
I have waited before and after over 10-20 minutes explorer will finally
load but everything is running twice once again.
Sometimes when i kill an instance or a few of svchost.exe (because 5 or
more seem to start when this problem occurs) then explorer will load.
I have tryed replacing explorer.exe before and it did not work, so
please any suggestions are greatly appriciated.
