Explorer opens new window minimized

Every time I right click and open in new window it's
minimized. Have tried the MS fix but this didn't fix it.


Help it's real anoying.
 
What MS fix did you try?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

The one where they suggest to maximise the window then
make sure it's the last one you close.
