Problems with IE 6

Every time that I click on a link, the new IE Window
Opens in minimize state, If a press Ctrl-N the new window
opens maximized but, if I click on a link opens minimized

Can someone offer me any advice on how I can fix this
error.

Open such a link.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window last.
