opening minimized windows

whenever i open IE, it starts up a minimized window. same
as clicking on a link that opens a new window, the new
window is always minimized. i would like to change it so
that every window opens maximized.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
