Internet Explorer 7 (Windows Opening Minimized)

When I open my browser the windows are always minimized how do I change this
so when I open the browser my page is maximized

right click on the shortcut, select properties and then at the RUN select MAXIMIZE from drop down menu, click apply and ok.

I have nothing that says run when I open propertiesand nothing that says
maximize

Windows remembers the size of the last Normal IE window closed.
Open IE.
Don't use the maximize button.
Stretch the edges/corners so that the window fills the screen.
Close all other IE windows.
Close the stretched window.
