Explorer.exe error

I have been using XP for awhile now and this problem
just occured. Everyimte i try and open and file i get a
error message saying its goin to shutdown explorer.exe
and asks if i want to send an error report. which means i
cannot open control panels, my computer, etc also which
is a major problem. I downloaded
Q329692_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU.exe which did not work and have
scaned my system for viruses numerous times. please help

unwanted "objects" on your computer. Download Adaware
