excel 2003 crash on exit

This was an upgrade from Office XP. Excel crashes on
exit every time. Tried reinstalling. No help. OS is
WinXP SP1.

Anyone else seeing this?

same here, i get this message when i close excel 200

similar messages when closing powerpoint

first i also had a message like this when i closed word
after a complete reinstall from office, word is ok now.
But unfortunately problem still exists when i close excel and powerpoin

i'm using win xp as os, (installation on brand new pc)
