My laptop has been having a freezing problem as of late but only when its
plugged in...in eventvwr in the applications log or error log... at the exact
time of the freeze I had the following error... Source-ESENT wuauclt
(132)"The database engine has stopped" Now is there a pc tech who can
determine what my freezing problem is by knowing the exact error message Im
getting when this freeze takes place? Thanks in advance

I don't believe that this is related to your freezing problem.

wuauclt is wuauclt.exe.
Wuauclt.exe is Automatic Updates.

This is a known issue with the WU v5 client. It has to do with how the
client agent interacts with the Jet database engine. This is something
we'll consider fixing in a future version of the WU client.

First thanks for the response Wesley and I agree with u.. That is not most
likely the problem of my laptop freezing...Before I was fully aware of what
spyware and the sort really was.. I was using ad-aware...All was fine until
one day I got spyware in the registry.. I being lets say ignorant.. went into
the registry key and by accident deleted something..afterwards my pc wouldnt
properly start at all.. So I used the recovery disks that came with my pc and
did a full recovery.. I had NO problems until I used the recovery disk.. When
the freezes occured I didnt know what was going on so I decided to once again
run a full recovery and the problem still exhisted. So ever since then its
been happening and I have no idea what the problem is or why it only started
as soon as I did the recovery.. I have firewall on I have NAV running and
updated.. I presented a hijackthis log which appeared to be "clean" I do not
feel like sending this pc into the company because Ive read too many threads
with people who have pc problems such as mine and decide to send their pc in,
only to have the company return the pc and say there is nothing wrong.
