EULA Agreement Problems

Hi I've got a problem with my laptop...the problem is that
my F8 Keys is dead on my system. This means that i cannot
accept the EULA to re-install my windows XP system...Is
the any other key combination that allows users to accept
the EULA?

P.S. i do not have a USB keyboard to plug into my laptop
to the the F8 from another keyboard.

Can you borrow another keyboard?
Otherwise I think the answer is no.?

IS there an F Lock button on your mouse?

If so, press the F Lock key on your keyboard and see if that changes
anything.
That's likely your issue...
