EULA Agreement

The EULA agreement notice comes up on every progam every
time I start-up my computer. Also if I close the program
and open it later I have to accept the EULA again. I am
current on all my licensings. I don't understand why I
have to constatnly agree to the End User Agreement can
anyone tell me how to stop the EULA from constantly
popping up?

You must accept the eula while logged on as administrator. Reopen

Make sure to log in as an Administrator, OK the EULA, and
activate it. The next time it is opened, you should not
have this problem.
