Windows XP Setup will not recognize the F8 Key on Some Keyboards

I have found that when Windows XP Setup comes to the EULA
question, "Press F8 to accept the Windows XP Licensing
Agreement", Setup will not respond to the pressing of
certain keyboards' F8 key. Even Microsoft's own Wireless
Keyboard refuses to respond. Although it is fairly easy to
substitute one PS2 keyboard for another, having to do so
is still kind of rediculous. There is nothing in the KB
about it. Has anybody else experienced this same problem?

i dont recall this being an issue with XP, but i recall with NT4, you had to
scroll all the way to the bottom of the eula before it would accept the F8
(or whatever it was in NT4). the idea was you couldnt have read the eula if
you didnt scroll to the bottom.

I experienced the same thing today. The F8 key doesn't respond even after scrolling to the bottom of the page.

I experienced the same problem today. Even when scrolling to the bottom of the page. Frustrating that I can't reinstall XP Pro.
