Error shuting down xp

After doing a web update for my audigy 4 drivers, i randomly get an error
message on shutting windows down says that drwin.exe failed to initialise due
to being unable to log on (or off,cant rememeber what noo) staion. i then
have a chore getting it to shut down at all. is there anyway to cure this as
its getting a tad annoying. thanx in advance

The best thing in this case is to Unistall the new Driver that you downloaded .
Go back to older one that was working fine install it & see what happend .
If it's Ok then you to have contact the Technical support for that Driver .
You can also try to go The Last Best Configuration , Restart your computer
Press F8 then choose The Last Best Configuration .
