shut down error message

hello,
can anyone tell me how to get rid of this error message that pops up right
before the computer shuts down. i don't think it affects anything because the
computer still shuts down but it is annoying. on the top of the message it
says"dwwin.exe DLL initializtion failed" then in the body of the message it
says "the application failed to initialize because the windows station is
shutting down"....any ideas. . thanks
