DWWIN.EXE Error Message at Shutdown

Every time I shut down my system, I get this error message: "DWWIN.EXE. The
application failed to initialize because the windows station is shutting
down." I also get an (apparently) accompanying message regarding
AiODeeNotification Window. I realize that DWWIN.EXE is Dr. Watson, but how
do I avoid this minor irritant each time I shutdown my system?

I already disabled error reporting. I can find nothing in Event Viewer
other than evidence of the DWWIN.EXE pop-up window. The DWWIN.EXE error
message is often followed by another error message indicating that
AiODeeDeeNotificationWindow is shutting down. What is
AiODeeDeeNotificationWindow? I can't find anything about it on the web.

Terry,

Can't pinpoint exact source of the problem.
Please check Event Viewer (Start - > Settings -> Control Panel - >
Administrative Tools - > Event Viewer) for possible errors.
