Shutdown Issue

Whenever I shutdown I get the following message

"dwwin.exe. The application failed to initialise because the window station
is shutting down."

I believe dwwin.exe relates to Dr Watson.

How do I get rid of this?

Go to Start>Run type: drwtsn32 Click Ok. When Dr. Watson opens
Uncheck
Visual and Sound Notifications.
