DLL Initialization Error

When I shutdown Windows XP, I get a DLL Initialization
Error message that states "dwwin.exe -- the program
failed to initialize because the system is shutting
down." This happens everytime, and sometimes it will
prevent my machine from shutting down. I don't know what
dwwin.exe is, but I'm guessing that it has something to
do with Dr. Watson. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
