dwwin.exe - DLL initialization failed Message

Hi All,
During shutdown i get a dwwin.exe - DLL initialization
failed every time. If i look at event manager it gives me
an Event ID of 26 for this and tells me dwwin.exe - DLL
initialization failed because the station is shutting
down, but it does not tell me which DLL is causing this
problem.

Has anyone any ideas how to fix this.

Even after reinstall of the OS it comes back (eventually).

Thats is exaclty my problem and i am using that pad and
drivers too.
