DWWIN-DLL initialization failed.

Everytime I shut down, I get subject message. Event log shows four seperate
events with the same message as followa:

Description:
Application popup: dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed : The application
failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down.

Can anyone lead me to find out what drivers are not loading?

First of all dwwin.exe is an error reporting tool.It's only trying to
investigate "events" that it believes is causing problems that may lead
to crashing.
you look at the Event viewer to know what exactly is happening.
