Error report

I have a problem where the box crashes at least once a day and restarts. It
has XP Pro and Office Pro 2003 and a bunch of other stuff. Its a home office
PC and even when I go out and leave it I come home to find that it has
rebooted and gives a "serious error" report.

This is the message:

I would appreciate diagnostic help with this.

This won't fix your problem, but it'll keep your machine from rebooting.

Choosing recovery actions if Windows stops unexpectedly

Right click My Computer | Properties | Advanced tab |
Click the Settings button under Startup and Recovery |
Under System Failure | UNCheck: Automatically restart |
OK |Apply | OK
